Information on the arrangement of items and on search options

The 黑料社鈥榮 Library鈥檚 collections, available on open shelves and closed stacks, include some 30,000 books, non-book materials (such as videos, CD-ROMs, DVDs, DVD-based databases) and loose-leaf works, as well as more than 130 current journals and 9 daily or weekly newspapers. Here you鈥檒l find useful information on how collections are arranged and how to search for items in our library catalogue and catalogues of other libraries.

Journal issues 鈥� at least from the current year 鈥� are arranged alphabetically on the library鈥檚 journal display shelves. The following applies for all journals: they may only be borrowed for 3 days (NO renewal option). You can, of course, use our photocopier or book scanner to create a copy of any journal articles that interest you.

Older journal issues are available in the stacks. If you need such a journal, please let us know at the circulation desk. We鈥檒l then fetch the issue you need from the stacks, which will be ready for collection the next day.
